Jewelry Care & Maintenance Guide

Keep your natural stone alloy‑gold pieces and leather magnetic clasp bracelets looking beautiful for years to come.

General Tips for All Jewelry

Put jewelry on last – Perfume, hairspray, lotion, and makeup can damage finishes and stones.
Take off before activities – Remove before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
Clean gently – Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.
Store properly – Keep pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, away from direct sunlight.

Natural Stone + Alloy Gold Jewelry

Natural stones (e.g., howlite, jasper, amethyst, quartz) are porous and can be fragile.
Alloy gold finish (gold‑plated or gold‑toned alloy) is a surface layer that can wear over time.
Do’s & Don’ts:
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and dirt.
Clean occasionally with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.

No soaking – never submerge in water, ultrasonic cleaners, or soapy baths. Avoid alcohol, bleach, vinegar, and chlorine – they will dull the gold finish and damage stones.
Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaners – they can crack stones and strip plating.

Extra tip: Over time, the gold tone may naturally fade or darken. This is normal for alloy jewelry. To slow this, keep away from sweat and humidity.
